Beautiful unadorned Biedermeier commode or chest of two drawers in walnut from South Germany around 1825.
Dark walnut veneered in book match on softwood. High, tapered square legs in solid walnut.
Two drawers, lockable with original locks. Ebonized key escutcheons.
Restored and hand-polished with shellac.
