Designed by Philippe Starck around 1982, the "Joe Ship" model was published by Les 3 Suisses and XO, and available as a "concept".
The lacquered metal legs support the top by a "clamp" system, which could be chosen to order, in glass, stone or melamine;... round, rectangular, or square...
The legs were also offered in three sizes: 35, 56, or 73 cm in height, which made it possible to create coffee or side tables, end tables, consoles or dining room tables...
This one offers a round top in thick clear glass, 120 cm in diameter, in very good condition, supported by three feet 73 cm high.
