Finely Worked Neo-gothic Altar Crucifix – 19th Century
Our Altar Cross is in gilded bronze and patinated brass on a stand decorated with acanthus leaves. Christ on his delicately chiseled flamboyant cross rests on the façade of a Gothic cathedral where two praying monks frame the Virgin and Child. A beautiful piece of religious goldwork.
Height of 44.5 cm on a base 15 cm wide and 11 deep.
