Marine Compass - 19th Century

Marine compass dating from the 19th century, the base for attaching to the dock is made of oak, the body is made of brass, it has its window, its compensation spheres and has been re-electrified. The lamp inside must have originally been a candle. It is a reuse, because the compass inside is a German Kriegsmarine compass to be restored from the Second World War, dated around 1940.

Dimensions: 39x38 at the base - 70 in length at the level of the spheres.
