Elegant pair of Empire candlesticks in gilded and dark patinated bronze. Made in France in the 1820s. Vintage design with floral decorations. Fresh and unusual composition between golden bronze and dark patination. On the underside of one candlestick is engraved the date on which they were donated (19.9.39) and on the other the dedication in Danish "til dem fra mig" (To them from me). Perfect state of conservation. Measurements: height cm. 16 - base diameter cm. 8.5
