Sculpture in Art Deco style and period 1925 1930 representing a dancer with a hoop signed Briand on the base. Briand is the pseudonym of Marcel Bouraine, a great interwar sculptor famous for his feminine figures and who worked with Max Le Verrier for this type of sculpture. Very good condition for this work as for the plain black marble base. Original green patina in excellent condition without any scratches. Very pretty decorative effect typical of 1925 for this listed piece which will add shine to a beautiful early century interior or to a quality collection.
