Mondhare Louis-Joseph (1734-1799): Parisian engraver, publisher and print dealer originally from Normandy. He was located in Paris around 1759, when he began to publish prints bearing the address of the Hôtel de Saumur, rue Saint-Jacques, including optical views. His activity ceased around 1792. His son-in-law Pierre-Jean (1754-1829) succeeded him from 1784.
