Reliquary hunt in carved and gilded wood hosting notable and bagged relics of Saint Felix, Martyr. Accompanying him in this elaborate reliquary are Saints Placidus, Faithful, Peter and Magnus. Felix is one of the seven brothers martyred in Rome on the Salaria Way in the year 162. Four wax seals on the back confirming the inviolability of this reliquary which was part of an important series (label on the back bearing the number 11)
From Germany – region of Bavaria, in a convent near Regensburg.
Dimensions of 32 cm by 23 cm in height and 13 cm in depth.
