Beautiful oil on cardboard by Heni Jules Guinier French painter born in Paris on November 20, 1867 and died in Neuilly-sur-Seine on October 10, 1927. Representation dated 1917 on the battlefield of General Charles Covisart, he was the great nephew of personal physician to Napoleon I, Jean Nicolas Corvisart (see complete biography of the Corvisart family on Wikipedia). Dimensions with frame height 58 CM width 50 CM Charles Corvisart will end his career at the rank of Division General.
