Pair of Renaissance character candelabra from the late 19th century in fine gold-plated metal. Very interesting pair of lighting fixtures in excellent electrical working and conservation condition. Very pleasant golden patina of unrestored origin contributing to the decorative effect. Very pleasant subject in terms of characters with on one hand a gentleman armed with a sword and on the other an artist equipped with a painter's palette. Two rare allegories associated at the same time in a decorative whole. Very nice size, height 77 cm.
