Table Animals, Ibex, Ibex, Bronze Alain Chervet.

Coffee table in gilded bronze from the 1960s representing two ibexes or ibexs. Very beautiful middle table decorated with these two animals facing each other, supporting the original bevelled glass top in excellent condition thanks to their outstretched horns. Table listed as an essential work by this great designer Alain Chervet from the middle of the 20th century. Note the beautiful patina of the original untouched gilt bronzes and the very good condition of the beveled period glass.
