Barovier & Toso is a company specializing in Murano glassware. It has always been owned and managed by the Barovier family. Founded in 1295, its history is linked to that of Venice. Ercole Barovier (1889-1972), designer and chemist, designed more than 25,000 objects, sketches of which are preserved in the company's archives. In 1936, the Barovier family joined forces with the Toso family, also Venetian glassmakers.
