Les Argonautes
Frédérique Bourguet (1925-1997) and Isabelle Ferlay (1917-2009) created the ceramic workshop "Les Argonautes" in Vallauris in 1953. Using the red earth of Vallauris, they produced objects for the table and the home, jugs, soup tureens, large vases and zoomorphic sculptures inspired by exotic birds.
