Exceptional Renaissance Style French Sterling Silver Ice Cream Spoon Set, a complete set comprising its 12 spoons embellished with a rich decoration of scrolling foliage on a textured ground, and a cut-out leather style cartouche with a solid 18k Gold applied monogram. A spectacular Mascaron is featured on the tips of the handles, and bowls are enhanced with Vermeil (Gold on Silver) chased with leafy branches.

Meticulously crafted from the highest quality silver, each piece is punched with the Minerve 1st standard (.950) hallmark, and maker's mark of  Master Goldsmiths HENIN & VIVIER (mark with the initials "HV", a rosebud and a star), active from July 1891 to August 1896. This exceptional Ice cream spoon set is in excellent condition, furthermore serviced and cleaned by our Goldsmith, and just light signs of use to note.
