Cartel in red tortoiseshell veneer and brass inlays, decorated with foliage, lambrequins. Richly inlaid rear door and checkered floor in perspective. Gilt bronze dial with twelve enameled cartridges. Wire movement without its striking system, signed "Fiacre Clément Paris" (Master in 1714 and died in Paris in 1758). Beautiful ornamentation of chiseled and gilded bronzes with allegorical decoration of the passing of time, acanthus leaves and mask. In the upper part, a putti positioned on an inverted openwork basket in gilded bronze. Louis XIV period - early 18th century. very good state of conservation, movement revised.
