Extremely rare torture pliers called "tongue remover". This instrument is made up of two branches connected by a rivet. The jaw resembles that of an alligator clip. Two extremely sharp teeth are present in each end. Four in all. The two branches end in pyriform balls. At the bottom of the branches, two holes are present.
