Fukurokuju.bronze Statue. Meiji Period (1868-1912)
Bronze representing Fukurokuju In Japanese mythology, this God is the God of wisdom, happiness and longevity. depicted with his staff. The hands are removable as well as the stick. The hands are blocked by a rod to block them and remove them (the one on the side of the stick is missing). but remains blocked thanks to the stick and can be replaced. Very beautiful patina. The statue is 35 cm without the base.
