Watercolor by Paul-Emile Pissaro (1884-1972) representing a countryside landscape. He is the fifth son of Camille Pissaro, his godfather is Claude Monet. From 1905, he participated in the Salon des Indépendants. It was difficult for Paul-Émile Pissarro to get rid of the impressionist heritage, especially since in the 1920s, it was with his artist friends Fauves, Kees van Dongen, Maurice de Vlaminck and Raoul Dufy that he traveled and painted the countryside.
