Empire style stool in solid mahogany and mahogany veneer. Curule style model with X-shaped base, and high armrests carved with swans' necks and heads joined by a turned crosspiece. Upholstery trim in very good condition, only the fabric will need to be changed due to stains. Late 19th century period.
