Carved Oak Panel The Blessed Sacrament Around 1700
Large carved and patinated oak panel representing "the Blessed Sacrament" adored and carried by winged angels. These latter have beautiful chubby faces! Some restorations at the top left. Our pretty panel was subsequently framed by a stained and patinated oak molding. Around 1700.
