Superb coffee and mocha service from Maison Rouard 24 avenue de l'opéra Paris. Georges ROUARD 1874 1929 is an erudite art lover, a collector, in 1920 he introduced himself as a ceramist and glassmaker, owner of Maison La Paix and president of the union chamber of ceramics and glassware, departmental inspector of technical education as well as a member of the board of directors of the Union Centrale des Arts Décoratifs.
