Gabriel is represented standing, he seems to float in the air. He is dressed in a simple tunic, the right hand is raised and the other holds a fleur-de-lis along the body. The head is tilted to the side. It has two small and discret wings on its back. With his mouth open, he announces to Marie his miraculous pregnancy.
Workshop plaster by a sculptor from the 30s/50s who did not sign his work. Very good general condition, small restorations on the right hand and fingers. The plaster is solid, it is heavy and very stable.
