- The terrace has a brown patina, the walnut has a bronze patina and the mouse has a silver patina.
- Wear of the silver patina on the ears, legs and body of the mouse, see photos.
- Portor marble base, shock at the left corner at the back on the marble forming a chip.
- Signed and engraved in hollow on the right on the side of the base of the terrace C.Masson and France on the back of the edge
   of the terrace.
- Clovis Masson born in Paris, March 7, 1838 and an animal sculptor, pupil of Barye, he regularly participated in the salon of
   French artists in Paris from 1867 to 1909. - He died in Paris on September 10, 1913 at the age of 75 .

   shipping costs and with insurance for the item covering the full sale price listed on my Proantic website, as arranged
   by the seller, and must provide me via email with the proof-of-deposit receipt issued by the post office when the package or
   item was dropped off at the post office, or the waybill issued by the carrier.
- All sales made on my Proantic website are covered by insurance purchased from La Poste at the time
   the item or package is shipped, covering loss or theft up to the purchase price paid by the buyer.
- La Poste does not cover breakage or damage to the item or object; only theft and loss are covered for
   package shipping.
- Additional insurance covering breakage of the item, up to the price paid by the buyer on my Proantic website,
   is always purchased from the carrier if the item is shipped by them.
- The buyer is subject to legal penalties if they do not return the item within this 14-day period and in good condition.
- A refund for the item will be issued within 14 days of the seller’s receipt of the item or package
   and after the condition of the item has been verified.
- If the item or product is found not to be in its original condition, the sale will be considered final with no
   refund, and the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
- The refund for the item or product will be issued via the same payment method (check, bank transfer, PayPal) that
   the buyer used when making the purchase on my Proantic sales site.
- The buyer must take the necessary steps on PayPal themselves to request a refund if they paid via PayPal, specifically by
   going to the  Disputes section and opening a dispute case involving themselves, PayPal, and the seller.
- This reminder regarding sales on my Proantic store is intended for litigious individuals and those acting in bad faith.
- I advise litigious individuals and those acting in bad faith not to purchase anything from my Proantic store; this will prevent me      
   from wasting my time and money on legal proceedings.
- Fortunately, most of the time my sales on the Proantic site go very smoothly, with customers who are generally friendly,
   pleasant, and acting in good faith.
