This doll turns on itself with pause on the points and acceleration, goes up and down, Entirely made by hand with great meticulousness by Marthe Philippart. The face is made of a white bean, the clothes are made from silk, gauze, lace and the hair is made of sheep's wool. The frame is made of brass wire. It's a family story Marthe Philippart made the smallest dolls in the world. They were ordered extensively by luxury houses such as Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Rochas. The musical piece is "Sleeping Beauty Waltz". It is in perfect condition and measures 18 cm in height with the globe and 10 cm in diameter.
