Fetish Songye, D.r.c
Artist: Songye
Fetish presenting a figure standing on a conical base. The arms are along the body with the hands resting around the navel. The look is drooping, the nose is made of a triangle in relief. The mouth forms an oval also in relief. A reversed horn is planted on the top of the skull. The navel forms a hollow colored with white and red pigments. We find this type of cavity on each arm of the statue. Beautiful old statue of a balanced invoice and which carries a strong presence.
