Large Cup with two handles with the heads of Silenus, in bronze with copper gilding representing Menalcas Mopsus after Virgil. Signed F. Levillain and marked on the edge by the founder F. Barbedienne. Ménalque sits and listens thoughtfully to Mopsus playing the flute. A column surmounted by a kantharos is behind them. Second half of the 19th century, around 1870.
