Belgian artist born in Ruisbroek in 1925 and died in 2005. He was a self-taught painter, draftsman, and graphic designer. He moved from portraits, figures, and landscapes to expressionist design, surrealism, and symbolism, with the female nude in particular becoming one of the most important elements of his compositions.
His work is sometimes reminiscent of Dali and Ernst. (PIRON)
