Pretty "donkey" desk in kingwood and rosewood marquetry, arranged in a butterfly wing. Fiddle side. Opens with a flap and three drawers in front as well as two interior secrets. To be restored. Stamped Jean Baptiste Galet Parisian cabinetmaker received master in 1754. Rare stamp on the market despite the good reputation of this cabinetmaker installed in Faubourg Saint Antoine.
