Superb and large figure, white clay, cold-decorated in polychromy (encaustic painting): a young and handsome Chinaman traditional dress bright red, seated, taking his tea. On back, hidden, a display for 9 little cigars, as they were found in the 19th century.
No factory mark, very erased pencil mention: Paris,
inside: part of a cigar of the period.
Condition: good, it has been used little, no serious flaws, one pearl is missing from its necklace, some stains to clean.
