"India XIXth Century. Silver Jug / Teapot With Two Pouring Spouts"
India Kutch late 19th century. Jug / teapot in embossed silver and chiselled with foliage and flowers, it rests on a circular bat with an overflowing flat bottom. Ribbed and fitted body, no collar. Two twisted spouts simultaneously serve as handles, they are attached to the body in two places at the top of the rim. A large round lid with two fasteners on pins and two chains is domed in shape ending in a capital and a mushroom grip. Silver, French control mark "ET" Height: 31 cm Length: 34.5 cm Width: 16 cm Weight: 2026 g Very good condition / without restorations or shocks, clean inside. Note: The pins and the chains are posterior
