In light blue woolen cloth, with a straight collar with slightly rounded corners closing with a black lacquered steel clasp, buttoning straight with five tombac copper buttons stamped with two crossed cannons topped with a flaming artillery bomb. At the hips, patch pockets on the outside with straight flaps. Comfort openings in the lower part on the sides closing with a button. At the level of the left hip, support leg of the belt, reinforced by a piece of leather, closing with a button of the model. Absence of lining as a rule on the jackets of first manufacture. France.
