Chambre Nationale Des Experts Spécialisés En Objets D’Art Et De Collection
Fondée en 1967, la Chambre Nationale des Experts Spécialisés en Objets d’Art et de Collection (CNES) a pour mission de donner au monde de l’art la garantie d’une expertise conforme aux exigences de l’authenticité et de la qualité. La diversité des spécialités maîtrisées par ses membres couvre l’ensemble du marché de l’art et leurs compétences tout comme leurs complémentarités assurent aux professionnels et aux amateurs d’être pleinement informés sur les objets d’art et de collection au centre de leur intérêt et de leur curiosité. Les experts de la CNES sont présents sur les grands salons internationaux, sont inscrits sur les listes des cours de justice et ses membres interviennent auprès des études de commissaires-priseurs, des compagnies d’assurance, des musées et des collectionneurs. Répartie sur l’hexagone en neuf régions, la CNES regroupe des élèves experts, admis après examens spécifiques, des experts qualifiés après épreuves d’aptitude, des experts associés, des membres correspondants et des membres honoraires. La CNES, administrée par un Conseil de vingt-cinq experts et un Bureau de 9 membres, compte trois cents adhérents.
