Rita Alaoui is a visual artist born in 1972 in Rabat, Morocco. She lives and works between Casablanca and Paris. A graduate of the Parsons School of Design, New York, Rita Alaoui expresses herself through various media: painting, sculpture, drawing, photography, video-performance, installation, object book. Rita Alaoui (Morocco) is in residence at the Cité internationale des arts through the program of the Institut français.
