Winemaker Ceremonial Hood Copper Harvest Festival - Wine Late 18th
Large winegrower's hood, in embossed copper, used at the head of the procession during the harvest festival at the end of the harvest.
Richly decorated, in the upper part, two winegrowers carry an oversized cluster, on either side of this scene a sun.
On the hood itself, three floors, separated by a yellow leather belt, there is an eagle whose outstretched wings overhang coats of arms medallions bordered by large foliage then a frieze of bunches of grapes and on the lower level a frieze of leaves. On the back, 4 rings made it possible to pass the leather carrying straps.
Object of curiosity, which can integrate a collection built around the vine and wine.
