Beautiful large classicism / Louis XVI chest of drawers, cherry wood veneer on softwood, southern Germany / border region around 1800, the band marquetry is in lemon tree and marsh oak veneer, original brass fittings, a lock has been replaced in the during the restoration, the two upper ones are original. The chest of drawers is ready to live in and has been polished with shellac, slight signs of wear consistent with age are retained.
