Krieger - Louis XVI Style Mahogany Secretaire
KRIEGER Beautiful secretary in solid and flamed mahogany. It opens on the front with four drawers and a flap, finely molded frames and spandrel finials. The seat reveals an interior in lemon tree and stylized theater mahogany, top in green leather. Molded cornice with reversed ogee, crown and laurel branches, leafy posts and finials. Amounts with fluted and twisted columns, laurel rings and acanthus falls. Low crosspiece with laurel wreaths and tied ribbons, spindle legs. Bases and shelves in oak. Stamp signature: KRIEGER, PARIS. Around 1880. Height 140 cm, width 80 cm, depth 54 cm. Possible delivery.
