Diana and the Nymphs by Christian van Couwenberg painter born in Delft on September 8, 1604 died in Cologne on July 4, 1667 Dutch School. Pupil of Jan Van Nes Couwenberg traveled to Italy, entered the guild of Delf in 1627, worked for Prince Frédéric Henri at the castle of Honsholredyk in 1638, made a sacrifice of Venus in Nieuburch in 1642, a Diana in 1644 lived in The Hague around 1647 then settled in Cologne.
