Middle of 18th cty, Small Lyon octogonal ceramic plate with chamfered contour,
Rich polychrome design (manganese, ochre, blue and green) with large fantastic bird and giant butterfly, 3 grotesque and chinese characters on 3 mounds (2 in the higher register, and one longer all on the lawer level), a tree and flowers friezes.
Absolutly perfect condition: without any crack, break, enamail lack, fel or restoration
Very nice enamail without uses
Sizes: 23cm diameter
Sticker on the reverse for old Bernardino GOMES collection in Bergerac (he was himself a famous expert in ceramic, antics dealer and collector himself, in Paris and Bergerac)
