"Pair Of Egg Sconces By Jean Perzel - Atelier Perzel - Glass & Brass - Ca 1940"
Magnificent and rare pair of wall sconces by Jean Perzel from the 1940s. These sconces are, in perfect condition, have an egg shape with a flared neck on the top. The lampshades are made of textured glass with a superb crackled appearance. This marbled effect is just as beautiful illuminated or not. They rest on a brass base, engraved "J.PERZEL" inside. This atypical model benefits from a good size, almost 40cm! The photos really do not accurately show the beauty of these sconces. Revised electrification.
