"Louis XV Style Buffet In Cherry Mid Nineteenth"
Regional Louis XV style sideboard in cherry wood, opening with two straight doors and two lockable drawers, the front of which is thick burl ash veneer with a reminder of this wood in a decorative pattern on the lower crosspiece. The keyholes and the plugs are in copper, the uprights with cut sides and the interior is lined with a shelf. It rests on 'doe' front legs and straight rear legs. Loire Valley region. ******** Period: mid-19th century. Perfect condition after restoration - especially the bottom of the feet - stripping and waxed patina in our workshop.
