Spelter sculpture entitled "Salut au Soleil" signed Marcel Grouillet (1879-1961). A pupil of Falguière and Moreau, Marcel Grouillet won a medal at the Salon des Artistes in 1907. This work represents a young man, arms raised towards the sky, whose gaze follows the course of the sun. He leans on a shovel, a symbol of hard work, and wears a fur around his waist.
