Kashan rug made of Kork wool, dating from the Shah period, late 19th century. Of extra fine quality, this carpet of Iranian origin is made of Kork wool, circa 1880 With a density between 10,000 and 150,000 knots per dm2. The latter represents the marvelous Garden of Eden, arbitrating animal decorations, such as birds, deer, tigers... Besides, the Garden of Eden is the garden where Genesis places the story of Adam and Eve according to Jewish and Christian traditions. Measurements: Length: 204 cm Width: 128 cm
