Louis Barrand has a strong knowledge on paintings, drawings and prints from the 19th century to the post-war period. He is working on the Jacques Despierre catalogue raisonné and is taking over Caroline Imbert work on Eugène Lami (1800-1890).
With a wealth of experience in the art market in Paris and London, Louis opened his gallery in front of the Grand Palais, in the heart of the eighth arrondissement. He advises collectors in their aquisition and selling process.
