  • Molded crystal tumbler produced by the manufacture of Baccarat under the restoration with a portrait of the king in crystallo-porcelain. The engraving of the portrait, according to Gatteaux (engraver and sculptor) is very precise: the costume and the medals worn by the king being perfectly recognizable, including that of the Holy Spirit The crystallo-porcelain is a technique appeared at the end of the eighteenth century consisting of the production of a ceramic element resumed in chiselling by the craftsman and then included in the crystal.
