Pair Of Armchairs Louis XIV Period
Pair of molded oak wood armchairs with high backs. They rest on legs called "sheep bone", molded, with windings. Note the winding of the feet towards the inside of the seats. Beautiful spacers in X. Garniture in Hungarian stitch. Good condition of house: reinforcements inside the anterior belts; small skates under the hind feet. Beautiful state of conservation for seats of this time. French work of Louis XIV, late seventeenth century.
