Sumptuous pair of champagne buckets or coolers in silver metal from the Charles X or George III period. They come apart in three parts: the bucket, its interior and a circular lid. The silvering is still in perfect condition. One of the two is engraved with an inventory number 2, the other with a 4. This suggests that they were once part of a large series of at least four buckets.
