Religious wooden sculpture dating from the end of the 17th Century, beginning of the 18th Century, representing Saint Anthony of Padua. There are some old traces of polychromy. Saint Anthony of Padua was born in Lisbon in 1195 and died in Italy in Padua in 1231. Franciscan priest and master of spiritual doctrine. Very beautiful sculpture in quite acceptable general condition, some wear due to time. see photos.
