Bishop Reliquary In Polychrome Wood, XVIIIth Century
Superb and large reliquary bust in polychrome wood from the 18th century. It represents a bust of a bishop wearing a cape and wearing his mitre. In the center of the bust is the niche that can receive the relics. Sculpture of superb quality in one piece with great realism of the face. On the whole of the sculpture there remains polycromy. Decorative quality work and in very good condition.
