Rare printed wallpaper from the Montgolfier house in Saint Marcel les Annonay (Canson paper mills) representing an allegory of charity from an Italian school of the 17th century.

This reproduction is signed lower right A. Quintin and dated June 1942.

Canvas-covered paper on stretcher, under glass, in a very beautiful period frame in gilded wood.

Very good condition, beautiful colors, very decorative.
