Work signed lower left and dated 1971 Own touch to the artist Remy Peyranne Rémy Peyranne, internationally renowned artist. Born in Toulouse on October 9, 1935, he entered the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Toulouse in 1952 to emerge Laureate. In 1958, he was eligible for the Prix de Rome for painting. In 1967, he became professor of drawing and painting, holder of the Chair and appointed professor of architectural drawing at the Atelier Supérieur. Paintings largely inspired by his countless travels. A monumental canvas from Venice is also exhibited at the contemporary museum of the Abattoirs.
